I can't speak for the REB. I tried the SRD and didn't care for it. CajunChristian likes the SRD but he runs a completely different hull than me. The SCB is a semi clever and has a lot of stern lift. Corners really well with a good top end. For me, I would go SCB, but every hull is different plus everyone has their own opinion.
