I went looking last Saturday on the south end of the ship channel didnt catch any anything. I went into Oyster Bayou and caught 3 pretty quick and a decent red but by then i had already had enough so i headed out. I dont think they started moving yet but that seems kinda hard to believe since we've had some decent fronts already. Water temp was about 56 degrees on top anyhow. I wonder what really triggers them to move. Is it water temp or what? I just know they start to move when enough of these fronts move in. Something in their little minds tells them hey we better get going but im not sure what it is exactly. Anyone know the science behind it?
