Forecast rainfall amounts are expected to be 3-6 inches over the watershed area.. that wouldn't have been too bad but the river was already fresh to begin with. It's probably going to worsen as the extra high tide recedes and pulls more fresh water into the bay, and it depends on how long it takes for all the rain water to get back in the bay and then moderate.
