Just do a search online for LCHF diets and their outcomes....especially youtube. There is more to Low Carb High Fat than just dieting. This method is used successfully by many doctors to stop diabetes, reflux, metabolic disorders, and obesity. Atkins was a pioneer in this way of eating.
