I tow a 35 ft travel trailer that weighs around 10000 pounds loaded with an F150 FX 4 with a 3.6 EB. It tows the weight pretty well. The biggest problem with towing a travel trailer with a half ton truck is wind and displaced air from passing tractor trailers will cause the trailer to sway quite a bit at speeds above 55 mph. Make sure you use a good 4 point sway control hitch. I previously towed this trailer with an F150 with 5.4 V8. The EB tows much better !
