There's been a lot of misconception when it comes to vBay, and how it fishes during the spring and high water. All I can say is go out and explore, and you can find clean water and redfish...all in public water. Here are some pics from April 2019, which was another epic high river year. quiet boat. I use a push pole to sneak up on them. Fishing definitely improves over the summer in the ponds, but you can still get on them in the spring no matter what the river is doing.
