Are they redoing all of this area or just at the foot of the overpasses.

I drove that area about 10 days ago, and they had stripped the surface on several overpass approaches and putting down new asphalt on one of them.

Some of the road surfaces where it transitions from the bridge to the hwy get uneven and really bumpy. I think this is what they are "fixing".

I drive this stretch of I-10 a lot and I agree the "transitions" needed some fixing, but they are doing the whole thing, east and west bound, both lanes, even on/off ramps. Did you find the rest of the road in need of repair, or overlaying?

Actually, they are almost finished. At least they were smart enough just to work at night! Maybe they thought no one would notice!
