Freinds garden raid today.

Got invited to get in the mud and pick up some fresh greens, cabbage, turnips, kale and green onions. Got the green onions clean and tomorrow will chop up and vacuum seal.

Next time you buy some at the store with the little roots attached plant that in a bucket with some soil. That grows year round, just cut the tops off when you need some to cook.

I keep green onions set out. Just clip off what you need and let it grow back. Green onions are awesome.

green onions cut up and ready for freezer. 6 cups vacuumed to size of a thin sandwich. Should have enough to make it to next year. Going to dig some more tomorrow for the guy that planted all this in October. Clean and vacuum for his freezer. 8 rows about 90+ yards long.
