I let a buddy take my boat out this past sunday. They got there at 2:00pm and limited before dark. Shaky head and drop shots on deep docks and top water later in the evening. Whoever throws the smallest line gets bit more. FACT. Roboworms on shakey head and drop shots, sexy dawgs and yellow magics on top.

Slaughter Creek. It is located just north of Cypress cove. When you go into the boat lane into slaughter there is a point on the left that comes out look immediately to right and another point comes out. Turn right and go straight to that point. Before you actually get to the point you will find 25-30 ft of water. Drop shots and deep 10xd diving crank baits did well right there. Caught some decent fish and a limit in that area. Tied on some sacalait rigs and trolled until I found a brush pile and caught 15 nice ones as well all in about 4 hours and a woman in the boat.
