Default Bank of America

Has anyone else heard that B of A will no longer allow customers to purchase guns or ammo with their debit cards?

Has anyone seen this? Just more proof that banks are another tool for the government.

All of us on here should be supporting our local/regional banks. We should not use large, national banks like B of A, Chase, etc. These will be the first to fail financially. We should use the likes of Iberia bank, The Bank, First Federal, and others local to your area.

I have used Jeff Davis bank for 20+yrs and have no complaints, I gave Chase a chance about 10yrs ago and in 6months time they couldn't get my accounts straight so I moved the little money I had with them back

Even better would be if you can do ALL your banking with a Credit Union.

I don't think Iberia should be classified as local bank. They have more than 500 locations from Florida to Louisiana. I say this because we were one of the local vendors that Cameron State Bank purchased from, but when Iberia bought them, we were cut out because they wanted to buy from a national company that could service all of there locations and they weren't interested in whether or not we could handle their size.

However, First Federal and Jeff Davis.... Great people to bank with!!

I personally use First Federal Bank. I am good friends with several officers and the President. I also use CSE FCU for car loans, etc. I would consider Iberia Bank a regional bank not a nat'l one. The Bank is a good one too. They are based out of Iowa, LA.
