It's still got a ways to go before the water becomes consistent, 8' or lower is preferred.

TS Bill dumped a lot of water upstream. I bet it is headed upward again soon. There may be a fishable window of falling water, but it won't last long until after the pulse from Bill passes.

Yeah I got my work weather sites keeping an eye on the winds but as normal weekend looks borderline rough to head offshore.
