Go eat at Lamberts when you go to Bass Pro but make sure its the one in Springfield not the BP on the landing down town. There are tons of good shows and Silverdollar City is pretty nice.

Lamberts is a good place to eat. It is located in Ozark Mo., about halfway between Branson and Springfield. Unformunately I think that Silver Dollar City is closed until mid month. Check out the Brason Tourism Center web site for ideas or give them a call They usually can provide some good suggestions.

This and go check out Table Rock even if you don't get a guide. One of the coolest lakes I have ever seen. If you like to fly fish for rainbows and browns go to Taney Como. It's a river that is fed from Table Rock. We were always there in the summer though so I'm not sure what the fishing is like this time of year. There are several tackle shops around there and they could help you out if you decide to do that. Have fun and safe travels.

Below Table Rock is a great fishery for Trout (rainbow), also in the area is a place call Roaring River, another trout hatchery, and can fish too, I have caught lots of those things there.
Wish I was there, I worked High Voltage Transmission lines around that area and know it well, lots of Hillbilly in that area, had one lady come out her horse barn, she asked if we could keep a secret, she let out a whistle and a baby deer buck came running as if calling a dog, I picked it up and held it, that was cool. Lots of beautiful country.
