Tapatalk 2 help
When trying to post photos in my own report: Image Upload Your forum has disabled image sharing from this app One thing I've seen is that on the settings on my iPhone 5: Privacy, Photos - "Apps that have requested access to your photos will appear here." There are two kids games that show up, but not Tapatalk 2. Any help appreciated.

I had the same problem... I could upload pics in a reply but not in a new topic... But after the first time i uploaded a pic in a reply then it started working right... Kind of strange

OK, I solved the problem by deleting Tapatalk 2 from my iPhone and reinstalling. Easy as that.
