A few years back my family went to Florida, I wanted to see some brown boobies at the beach all I saw was tan boobies. I enjoyed it either way

Not a duck or gamebird, protected under Migratory Bird Treaty Act just like a cardinal or blue jay or pelican etc. You would get fined and probably get the wrath of the birdwatching community
