Default Missed Opportunity

Got the chance today to drive a 2014 supercharged ZO6 putting out 570hp. That girl was fast. As bad as I wanted to go I stayed out of triple digits. Custumers toy so I don't play with them. He picks it up and asks how fast I let her roll. I told him I didn't hit triple digits. He looked disappainted and said you should have drove the F out of her.
He's bringing her back so I can drive the F out of her. Shift into 6th at 150 and go.

Was at the dealership in Lafayette a while back, and I was in the back of the showroom when all of a sudden I heard..."something". Man that sound was undeniable. I told my wife, that has to be one of the vettes! They had just fired up one of the new vettes and was backing it out of the showroom to prep for delivery. Folks that sounded like a true race car just idling. I was born 40 yrs too early.

Valid point. I'm not an idiot and I wouldn't do anything to potentialy harm anyone. Being a libertarian I would think you would understand that. Pehaps not. 1, 2, 3 miles of open road and the only person I kill is me if something goes wrong.

John is a grown up.

I was passed on I-10 doing 114 back in the day.

Gotta know the limitations of the road and the circumstance.

This. Know what you have to deal with and act accordingly. I have 6 miles of beautiful new black top between our shop and the next town. I drive according to traffic. 147 is the fastest I have been on that hwy and I was in my own car and no other cars were around.

I saw this one at Bolton Ford a few weeks ago. Beautiful car! I wish I had the money to make my Honda as fast as that car.

That's the first black one I've seen. The white ones and red ones are my two favorites. It contrasts all of the black accents. Would love to see a yellow one.
