Default AR Rear Sight

what kind of sights do you guys have on your AR guns, i have the factory dpms rear peep sight and it is impossible to use in low light situations, i was out saturday afternoon and decided just to glance around at the end of "shooting hours" and could not get a visual on anything in my site, i couldn't even find my finger tip through that peep sight, i will probably just mount a 3-9x40 scope on it, but i haven't made up my mind yet cause i am not sure if the front sight will be an issue with a scope on the gun, i kind of like the open sights on it for close quarter shots, but i bought the gun for hog hunting day and night

I have flip up sights on mine made by utg if I remember correctly. I put a 1.5-5 power scope on it not long ago. I really like that set up. It allows for close quarters shooting at low power and will handle longer shots if you crank it up to 5x.

You will not see the front sight post if you put a scope. I don't know why. Magic I guess.
