Default lafayette

I just moved from the new orleans area to lafayette to go to school so can any of u locals give me advice on where to go, what to do, and streets to be careful on (there seem to be lots of speed and photo lights). Also would anyone like to share some info on bank fishing spots around the area because i dont know what i will do without fishing but ill proably have to go without hunting for a while. Sorry thts alot in one post but can yall please help me out with some info.

if you fish off the bank ramah isn't a bad place to fish, walk the bank until you catch some, only problem is there is a 14 inch limit on bass.

downtown, laffy is sweet, get smashed and call a cab, its free--not only that, you will notice how much of a difference the night life is compared to NO....you can actually have fun in laffy and not worry about fights unlike NO

NIGHT Town, KARMA, GRAHAM CENTRAL STATION , city bar, just to name a few.

i lived in metairie but i went to school in new orleans and worked in new orleans over the summer so i was there alot

damn dude shannahans ended in 2002 or so nite caps was the place on the "old" strip after that. Don't even know if its still kicking. Basically you started off on the strip and then made the transition to jefferson street as you got up in college.
