Default RABBIT...

Friend of mine gave me some rabbit...Not much on rabbit so figure I smoke it...

Not sure how good smoked rabbit will turn out, but I bet a smoked rabbit gumbo would leave your mama with a few hand prints.

Well ,,,like I said . I ain't much on the rabbit but the outer skin was tough but meat tender not much flavor but should make one heck of a gumbo...

love a rabbit gumbo, but fried is best to me. every year after the Galveston county fair i buy a dozen butchered rabbits from the ag kids. usually take a couple to the camp to fry up. they're always a hit.
