Hands Down Waterloo over Am Rod smith... Rodsmith is a 4th teir rod..Should not be in the same thread........... Castaway Skeleton is PURE JUNK.....

My vote goes to falcon as well,great rods. I have a falcon med heavy that I grew up fishing with,still kickin after almost 20 years of abuse!

can't go wrong with either rod mentioned in original post.....JMHO...and none of these rods mentioned in this thread are "junk".....But fwiw...I fish waterloo rods too.

Disagree...I watched at least 5 Am Rodsmith rods snap in my boat alone..... I had one a few years back...snap!!!

Skeleton is crap.... Know of at least 12 that have broke...3 in my boat!!! I have only snapped one waterloo and it was doing something stupid...let's just say wharf fishing at night ....

I would use a All star or Falcon before any Rodsmith or Castaway!!

waterloo QC seems weak, only way i'd buy another is to pick from a rack of at least 10 or more

I have broken 5 American Rodsmith rods. Josh and I have broken 0 Skeleton's in over a year and a half fishing them. Keep smoking that peace pipe Pilgrim

I just spoke with Carson and pulled the trigger on a Hp Slam mag for big baits, and the hp light for everything else. Nice guy and very helpful. Thanks W.
