Any help would be appreciated...west fork, white oak, north, south...don't mater..i can get to 'em all. Just only fish for bass...and don't even know how to appraoch the whitties...def. not against using shiners of needed..hoepfully parkside still has some! tia! |

Try all the cuts on the west fork. The drains coming out of south Perkins, black/blue chart tube jig, fished slow on bottom with a small head. PM and ill give you more specifics.

Instead of fishing right on the bank, fish the outer edges and even 10-15 feet off the grass beds. Look for submerged structure also towards the middle of the canal and fish that as well. That is how we fish them in my parts, i've never been on the Calcasieu but I'm pretty sure a Sac Aux lait is the same no matter where they at. |
