Default Tchefuncte help!?!

Going to Fairview riverside next Friday to meet my friend for his rehearsal dinner. Going to go down early that morning and bring the boat to try and get on some sacalait, bream and bass. Gonna stop and get some shiners, crickets, and gonna bring some artificial. Now I have been on the river before but only once or twice. Anyone has any tips on spots to try. feel free to PM me if need be. Would really just like to get on a few fish and have a good time before the big day. Anyone have any spots I should try otherwise I'll just be pounding the trees up and down the river.

Thanks in advance.

It always looks interesting when we pass, but alas, we have not tried it yet.

Please post a report.

It's good fishing; now is a good time Bc traffic is not bad
Once it warms up the jet skis & tubers & race baits ruin fishing
Pound the shores & stumps
Further north from madisonville the better
There are some small cuts/bayous u can jump off in & loads of docks to fish also

Thanks. That's kind of what I figured. The northern part looked much better
