Default The Illusive Baldpate

Finally shot one this year, while hunting with my 5 year old last Friday am. Had em bundled up like the kid in the Christmas Story.

Nice bird. I had one mounted at one time but lost him in the divorce. Have not shot one that was even close to him. They sure know how to hurt a guy!!!

Thx, the only place we shot a lot was Sabine Refuge but that was around 2002.

Dude that's 10 kinds of messed up, you need to write a country song.

Did she take the dog too, if so then you got yourself a gold record?

Good luck on getting another.

No she didn't get the dog but she took the truck. However that was a long time ago and I got me a country girl who loves to hunt and fish, so it ended up OK. Oh well there goes my gold record. LOL. Thanks for the support guys. And yor right it was messed up, I lost a Mallard, Wood Duck and a Black Duck to her too. All mounted by my dad so they were truly not replacable.
