Default Rough'n it.....

Cabbage with homemade smoke sausage , onion , anduille....Black eye pea's with smoke sausage , onion , shallot and a touch of roux...Left over Christmas ham...

Same here I smothered the cabbage down with the shank I sawed off a ham. The black eyes got a good smoked jowl. Pure corn meal corn bread in the black iron pan and the main part of the ham baked. Salads and pies and such but gonna have the big 3 for new years. Here's hoping your news year is much blessed and filled with wealth health and happyness and tight lines,
