Default V.Bay Red's

Hit the Bay around 8:00,water was low and milky,fished cut mullet under a cork and caught a limit.

I rather fresh,but didn't feel like trying to catch some so I took two frozen 12" mullets I had left over from catfishing and used that.

I saw a guy catch 5 reds off the bank by hell hole weir last weekend... he had a 2 man limit his other buddy caught his 5 earlier. Once the tide changed they stopped biting

The weir is Hog Bayou. Hell hole is the shallow cove just south of the canal

How easy is it to navigate? Meaning how shallow does it get? I have a 20ft Seahunt

It's not bad to get into hog bayou there are some pvc poles going into the hog bayou weir. Just keep those pvc poles on your right on the way in. You should be ok to go into hell hole on a high tide. It does get really shallow though.
