I agree......You should always put in the % amount that your company matches you if you can afford it. Same here, my company matches $ for $ to 6% on our salary and bonus. Also, since we do not have a retirement they match us an addional % amount based on our age....which is an extra 4% for me. Plus I do 10%.......20% total!!! I just hope it can contiue to increase!

swamp.....lots of options to consider here.
1st - like already said, at a min., you should contribute up to what your company matches. 2nd - investment options really depend on how old you are and what your risk tolerances are. PM me for more info and I'll be glad to try to point you in the right direction.
