Question ??? Chicken Stock ???

First off hope ya'll all well with this storm ... Wind done knock down a 5 and 3 gallon bucket of pears ,time for pear pie....Back to the subject , I boiled down some leg quarters with seasoning for jambalya and have 2 qts. stock left...I boiled and put in canning jars and lids set when cooled...I have in refrigerator and wondering how long it might would last ???

IMO.... it should be good for a couple of weeks, assuming that you did not leave it out "cooling" off for very long. Maybe little longer. Just like processing any kind of fish or game meat, how long it stays good depends on how it is processed and how quickly you get it cooled or frozen.


I put chicken stock in water bottles and freeze them for later use.
