Default What kind of seed

I know the picture is not that great but just wondering if anyone could tell what kind it is. All the doves I killed yesterday were full up like this.

I can't make the pic out but is there a chance it might be goat weed. It is popped this time of year. That's what we killed em in Saturday.

None of the goat weed at my house has popped yet.

Never mind, I went and checked and a lot of the goat weed has popped.

By the time I get home from work its too late to hunt.

There was 2 Crested Caracaras in the field behind my house today, needless to say, I didn't see many doves flying.
