Default stoeger m3500

i'm looking for a gun to shoot skeet/goose hunt with... after doing research i have confused myself. I don't want to spend $1500 on a gun. I was planning on getting a rem 11-87.... but after reading reviews on the stoeger m3500 i am almost convinced. does anyone have experience with the m3500? good/bad???

Stoeger is now owned by Beretta along with Fanchi and Benelli.
I beleive the inertia system to be the same in all four but made less expensive in the lower end guns.

I think the gun, based on my son's Franchi, will kick to pee out of you on skeet/clays.......but for hunting should be just fine

Bought one a few months ago. Shoots well , but it does have a lot of recoil for a semi auto . A friend was over shooting skeet and his old 11-87 had less recoil with high brass than the Stoeger with low brass . It does come with a steel plug you can put in the stock to add weight , I did not put It in so I can't say if it makes a difference or not .
