No one else, in their right mind, wants the job!! Did my time...in industrial construction, that is! I'm glad it's behind me but, no, they aren't strict. There's some bad @zz people out there. Derek Todd Lee is a prime example. He worked at Exxon prior to his arrest and conviction as a "cereal" killer!

I have worked with quite a few people offshore who when they went in had to report to a half way house or house arrest. When things get slow they will hire anyone to fill the spots.

90% of scaffold builders are ex cons and well on their way back. Derick Todd lee was a scaffold builder at Dow before.

He worked for Wood Group as a mechanic. His name is in our sign in log out here from June of last year!

My step daughter was his first victim and the reason the was in prison for 8 yrs. As far as what was posted on Tigerdroppings, I don't know how they got ahold of those records or how a newspaper can ethically post explicit details like that, but you can't imagine what it is doing to our family right now. We sure didn't expect those records to ever be made public. In my eyes, whoever posted the information is no better than the criminal himself. Neither have any kind of conscience when it comes to how it affects the innocent victims.

Don't believe that it's right or ethical for someone to post them. But unless the presiding judge seals the court minutes and records once a trial and appeals are over everything becomes public record. thus is viewable and available for any moron to post on the interweb.

Default Conviction

As mentioned earlier I believe in due process but if the POS is ever convicted please send him to Texas where we execute animals like this for sport!

Dennissonnier so sorry for what happened to your stepdaughter and sorry you had to relive it, hang in there!

WAFB reports that investigators have discovered a shallow grave by his house. That's all they are saying.
