Default Theif: Capt Lyn Waddell

My fishing partner and I fished Gulf Coast Trout Series that was ran by Lynn Waddell on April 5-6 out of Hitchcock, TX. We ended up winning and Capt Waddell has still not paid us the $3500 that we won. I just want to give everyone I can a heads up, so that they too will not be robbed like we were.

I would have a lawyer contact the POS, I would not have a problem giving the lawyer 50 percent just to call that guy out.

We have an attorney involved at this time. There have been problems in the past with him, but we were unaware of them until after this tournament. If I had been forewarned I wouldn't be in this situation. We EARNED that money that he stole from us.

From what I understand, he paid every place with the exception of the winners.

$300, and we had to.pay another $250 since we had only fished one previous tournament. And yes, he paid all places except 1st. American Rodsmiths writes all the checks and their accountant said she only cut checks for 2-4th.
