If I ever made up my mind to quit smoking....I'd have to include coffee drinkin' to the list. Gotta have a cig with the java.

I have been cig free since Jan 1st this year. Believe me it was tough for awhile but getting through it is worth it. I put on a ton of weight though as I am now eating everything in sight!

Does anybody have a theory as to why most people grab a smoke immediately after eating? I actually light a smoke with food still in my mouth. Can't help it! Also, I've heard many people (men and women) say that their best cigarette is right after sex. I don't know about that cause I don't smoke while sleepin'.

I used to like to smoke after I ate just relaxing. Now, with three kids and one on the way the only time to relax is to sit on the can! What kileed me with the smoking was on the road so much!
