Default Turbo ribs on the Big Green Egg

Decided to do a couple if pork butts Turbo style today. Started with 2 none in trimmed butts 5.78 and 5.87 lbs each. Rubbed with Byron's Butt rub.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1397939461.323869.jpg
