Default Old Lure- Anyone know what it is??

My sister found this in her shed yesterday. Had 52M12 under it. Is this an old mirror lure?

That's a Mirrorlure. Those 52m's are an oldie but goodie. They still make them. I use them in vermillion bay. I like the suspending one in a mullet color. Those big trout will rip the rod out of your hand if you not paying attention.

52M is the mid range lure 3' - 8' deep. R would be a lure w/ rattles 12 is the color series.
52M12 is that color in mid range w/ no rattles. still in production today.

only difference in 52 series and 51 series is 52 has line tie on top and 51 is on the front end . 51 runs 2 -4 feet deep.

Thanks guys. That's pretty neat. She had already made up her mind she was going to throw it at some fish somewhere. Now she will know it is for trout.
