Default Vernon Lake 6-19-11

We (me, bohunterbiff and his son william) did it again. We made it to the lake by 7am. We ran to our normal spot and started throwing super spooks. The schoolies started busting like crazy. We managed to boat about 13 and the schooling shut down. We ran to a protected bank and started beating the shorlines. I went to turn the trolling motor to the right to miss some stumps and the damn thing came off, mount and all. I was like Bill Dance chasing down the trolling motor. Frustrated, we got back to where the schoolies were busting and threw out a drift sock. We picked up one here and there. Finally managed to fins some brush on the sonar and threw anchor. We picked up another half dozen. Called it a day around 2ish. Finished with 19 schoolies, all caught on flukes rigged on a 3/8oz jig head working it on the bottom in 27---30ft of water and the super spooks.

dude you have my favorite fillet blade right there! What knife do you have it for? I had a berkley knife that supported it, but i burnt it out and can't find them anymore

i have 4 berkley knives. Cheap knives with the american angler blades
