Question Question is tail up...or tail down ?

I fish a lot of Sac a Lait jigs with a curl tail and also the Gulp swimming mullets in saltwater. Do you guys prefer the tail curling up or the tail curling down ? I have had success both ways just curious to see some opinions

On gulp killers or any curl tail grub I put the curl going away from the hook. Just my opinion..

10% of the fishermen catch 90% of the fish

no preference for me. I don't pay attention to the curl of the tail. On the gulp mullet there is a curved side (belly I guess) and a straight side (back I guess). I always pop the hook out of the straight side.
I can't see how any orientation would be better than another. As long as the tail can twirl it should be good.
