Default Help on Polaris Ranger

Anyone out there know the proper proceedure for setting the timing on a 2003 Polarlaris Ranger 500 also the valve gap clearance. Appreciate it much.

dont know much about the polaris but i have done valve checks on my yamahas and the gaps are really small. you cant use regular auto feeler gauges you need smaller ones. i would buy a shop manual if you plan on keeping your machine as all the info you need is in it and it only cost around 60 bucks. could also try here http://www.rangerforums.net/forum/

When I have any issues with anything, I look there.
They have good procedures on a lot.
