Default considered a tiger red?

heres a pic of my son tristans first ever red.look at all those spots.ok ok big question, how many spots does it take ta make a fish a tiger? my boy loves l.s.u. and for this ta be considered a tiger would make his day. gonna get a replica made for him later.

just a regular red except with more spots.... different water makes them have different apperences

yep , we counted 38 spots on him. tristan still calls it his tiger. so i guess ill hafta tell him thats what it is!!! kids are so cool

I am waiting to catch a fair to good size red with a bunch of spots to mount. Specks and bass would have to be trophy size 8-10lb, but a pretty red would be awesome no matter what the size.

not even me. he is a friend of a friend. fish was caught in fl. he let it go so its somewhere out there. if i would have caught it my picture would be him on the wall. he got a replica but still theres a chance if someone else catching my fish.

thanks for all the replies guys. that is one sweet pic of a true tiger red. ive seen plenty of em. i shot myself in the foot when i saw all them spots and said maybe a tiger.oops, that was all my son needed ta hear.anyone know of sumone locally who does replicas?
