I checked out this site...I guess I have done too much research..

I can't decide whether to put a wire bottom in it or not...I have read a lot of comments about the hogs will feel the wire on the bottom and not want to go in it...but I see a ton of pics and the majority of them have bottoms so I don't know...I'm going to build it where I can pull it with my 4 wheeler...

Put a wire bottom, if you don't they will root all the way under it and get your corn, the small ones can even root out of the trap.

Mine is 4x4x8 and I have a drop down door.It also has a bottom and I catch LOTS of hogs. You will catch them faster if you leave the gate off for a few nights and let them get used to goin in and out.Just soak your corn in water for a few days and then pour in trap, that will keep anything else from eatin it and it drives hogs crazy! You can also go to your local donut shop and get bags of old donuts for free.I dont have any experience with the doors that swing open and allow more hogs to go in after there are already hogs in the trap but I have heard they are better.
