WOW is all I can say. What a incredible day it was today. Good as it gets from start to finish, as I had a awesome crew that lit the fish up big time. Alvin, Cy, Steffan Primeaux, and Heath Broussard slammed the trout today with me!! It all started at day break as we had some nice solid trout and reds coming over the gunnels. Made a few moves hitting some birds catching trout every-cast. More boats than I could count in Lake Mechant and Sister Lake today so I decided to go and check a spot in Lost Lake and boy did it pay off. The trout were stacked liked piranhas and eating up like there was no tomorrow. We filled the big 120 YETI to the top as I had to jump on the box to close the lid!!!! Avocado Matrix Shad and Texas Tackle factory killer Flats Minnows in east Beast color continue to be the best baits in Dularge. Great durability and the trout cant get enough of them. LOL Fun times by all as the guys could not get over how great the fishing is here. Can't thank the guys enough and look forward to their return real soon.
