Default meat with breakfast

over on the FS site, someone asked what was your favorite meat with breakfast? i said bacon with pattie sausage a close second. what do either of the other two guys on here say?

I like a couple of slices of Ham for breakfast. I will lightly "brown" it in a skillet. I sometimes put a little butter or just water in the skillet while heating it up.


If I have some leftover meat and gravy, I will add a little water and instant grits to make a breakfast meal.

sounds good! my favorite leftover with eggs is carne guisada. sounds sorta like what you're doin.

one other meat that i like with eggs-----balogna!
fried balogna on toast with cheese, eggs and salsa. kind of a heuvos ranchero la balogna. don't knock it til ya try it.
