Default Bait , Birds & Ladyfish 7-21

Left the Westfork and headed south around 2 pm. Stopped at Moss Lake , fish South bank with bait birds and ladyfish , run to rock pile on channel and not a bite . Then to concrete on barge cut just north of intracoastal , nothing there . On to Turners , again b b & L fish . Deatonville b b & L Headed south and it it was getting a lil rough. Made a loop lookin and heade back north , Turners island had tons of Birds bait and Ladyfish , Managed one single trout on a mirrordine , threw that and norton sand eel all eve . Stopped in Haymark and guess what ? B B & L. I have never seen it like this .... crazy .

Headed back North and idled by The nugget and checked out a bunch of Texas boats I saw come through the inter coastal .

Yeah man
I've never seen this many ladyfish anywhere
Ladyfish all the way from calc point to jetties
Them ladyfish gonna eat all the bait

I also fished every where in big lake yesterday as well. Only thing they had more of than lady fish, was boats..... vermilion bay is also full of lady fish. Frustrating for sure

Most of the trout died the rest went to Sabine.

Is Sabine a metaphor for heaven?.....lol. The reports are horrible for sure. The wife and I will head south next weekend but I am scared the trip will be wasted.
