Default 12ga Convertible

I don't think it will work in my Benelli but it would be cool to buy a single shot 12gauge to try this out.

seems like it would'nt be too accurate, small bullets bouncing off the sides of barrel like a bowling ball with bumpers in gutters. might as well buy a rifle you want since the kit cost $450.

Watch the video... the insert is actually rifled so the bullet does not touch the barrel of the shotgun... the guy was shooting free handed with open sights at 75 yards and probably hitting in a 2ft circle... not too bad... I imagine it would be ALOT more accurate with a scope and using a sled.

Calibers of ammo that the X Caliber allows a singe-shot shotgun to fire are .22lr, 38 special, .357, 9mm, 45 acp, 45 lc, .410 shotgun, 12 ga. shotgun, .223, 7.62×39 and 308

You can't buy all those rifles for $450... It's more of a survival tool than a practical replacement for your hunting rifle... If you think finding ammunition is hard now, wait until there is another great depression where our society starts breaking down... you will probably be using ammunition for barter
