Default BL muddy mess 3/14

Only had a little time so didn't do much running. fished mainly midlake and around 4 corners. Lake was a muddy mess. Only managed a couple reds and black drum.

How'd everyone manage? I know the south of the lake has to be better right now just didn't have time to make the long run.

Well I ran around some yesterday. Started out at the north end ofLong Point and drifted south with the wind. Got a couple of bites. Then went to West Cove and fished in one spot around Rabbit Island but didn't do anything there. Those areas were pretty clean. I could see my bait pretty easily to a depth of about 10 inches. I am new to fishing the lake really so I don't know how it normally is. Im really trying to just figure out where to go and find spots. Its just a big puzzle to me right now. Also, on top of that im trying to learn how to use artificial baits only and im struggling...
