Guys I didnt start this post to bash anyone nor their business. To get the facts straight i have a few of their rods and they are the best I have used in my opinion. I just was wondering if it normaly took this long and if there was anyone else I could contact.

Had a big flounder was getting in the boat and it flopped around and it snapped about 6" back from the tip. but with that said i have a medium light that i put through **** and never had a problem.

Got two twice used 7' med shimano cumara split grips with LIFETIME OVER THE COUNTER ANY STORE WARRANTIES NO QUESTIONS ASKED....pm if interested!

Love em!!
Broke tip on a red and swapped it out at cabelas no issues at all.

Well said im not bashing duce, ive never thrown a duce, i know anthony and best luck to them.....i sold cars for 6 yrs and service is over 50% of the buy......thats all im gonna say.....
