Default Cooked up some specks tonight

Fryed some specks up tonight. First in about 20yrs or more. That was some of the best fish I've ever had. Any other ways of cooking specks let me know.

easy recipe..

make a little dish out of aluminum foil, put it on a cooking pan, dish whatever...put some filets in and add a good amount of butter, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, tony's lemon slices , onion and garlic powder.soy sauce...some worchestires...and a good bit of lemon juice and a shot of mustard(i mix it in a bowl , then drizzle over the fish).make a top out of aluminum foil also. Seal the top tighly and poke some hholes with a fork on top. bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes at 350...(forgot how long really)...or until you can tell by the flaky texture you're used to seeing.
