It means you have $948 in SC cash ($950 now).

The admins have the ability to give SC cash for great posts. We do it specifically for good reports, and posts we feel contribute to the success of the forum.

You can transfer money into savings if you want, and we don't use the ratings. I have ratings disabled, so it shows 0 for everyone.
