Corrosion shouldn't be an issue if you wash and flush your boat after each use, I have a 15 ft Lake Charles special that I bought New in 1996 and all still works great, it's caught fish on both coasts and all around here with no issues just have to wash after use!

bought it from Sunrise marine center in Searcy Arkansas. Had a few hiccups along the way . all that said they tried to seduce me . I can elaborate further but i didnt budge . more in pm's if your interested. Only reason i didn't buy down your way because ive decided to keep my house here and its close to the dealership. You guys have brutal summers and if i keep my house here i can escape here and just crappie fish . ps, i have a 75 lb minkota hand steer salt water 24v and some kind of electronics for sale . ??? i think a helix 5 but was pizzed when i left . so now i own all of the above.

I just rebuilt my old Cajun special. 17 ft mod v. 70 horse, manual jack plate. Fast and skinny!

Bought this boat in 95 had a 35 merc had been used a few times by old folks and parked in the garage.

Aluminum in great shape. Been all over big lake and Sabine, and freshwater. No issues. Just RINSE EVERY TIME!

Wow!! That's a sharp looking sled! Congrats. Once you get some numbers on performance with the 150sho post them up please. I may be in the market for a new boat in the next couple of my years and Excel is #1 on my list for sure.
