Advice:
Stay away from any new diesel pickup. They don't know w t f they are doing with them. Brought my F250 in for a humming noise they kept it for 5 days and said they had it fixed. Didn't go 50 miles started doing the same thing. Got 54,000 miles, that's the 4th time it's been in the shop.
My co-worker and neighbor each had one and both started to give them a lot of trouble at about 60K miles. They both traded them in.

Those new diesels are a nightmare all makes and models. They would all be awesome if they removed all that dpf trash.

I got the All Terrain package. Mine doesn't have the steps on the rear bumper. It's 4x4 in Grey Metallic which is like blueish color. Black leather interior with nav and everything. Love it so far.

Sticker was $49,000. I got it for $42,000. Got $39,000 for my F250 and owed $27,000 so I saved $100/month note getting in this one.

Im about to trade in on a new truck. Want diesel but new emission systems are junk. Pops 2013 f250 threw check engine light on me on the way to and from the lease in the hills of west texas. 7.3 Never had a problem new one less than 30k and lights on. How do you like that gmc Spec?

Looks 100% better without the steps in the bumper. To me those steps ruin the truck.

I have 65000 miles on my 08 chevy duramax. No problems except my fuel filter housing had to be changed last year. Its one of the common problems with those. Not sure about the newer ones with the regens.

We have a ton of duramax diesels and every single one after 08 is a pos. We have 2 08s with 300k on em and they run great. They throw every warming light in the book but still run good. Our 2012s are terrible. One truck I have had to get towed 8 times. It takes about 15 sec from 70 mph to 0 mph and won't start again.

Man I love it. Plenty of power and it rides so much better than my 3/4 tons.

Read this thread this morning and it made me ready to pull the trigger.

Signed the papers on a 2014 Sierra this afternoon.
Picking it up in the morning. Will post pics then.
Don't think I'm going to be able to sleep tonight! Pumped up!

Doesn't have all of the bells and whistles that they offer but it is far and away the nicest truck I have ever owned and my first brand new one too!
