Yea North Winds 15-25 on Fri

Pick another weekend end because it's going to be some bad fishing weather and conditions!!

W is right, if you do fish you will need a protected bank, most people will be up in Turners with that hard north wind. If you go in West Cove be very careful.

Turners will be a scratch almost...Due to the water

If you dare to brave the conditions...your only hope is buy some dead or live shrimp haul butt to grand or Lambert weirs.... the water will be pouring out but this will be everyone who is fishing that days plan!!

I use NOAA...it showing 10-15 Knots but always add 5-7 more on big lake..

Sunday might be the best day..winds should die down by Saturday night

thanks W. im deleting that app and ill just have a link to NOAA on my phone.

I'll probably try saturday regardless and hope to catch a few reds. I imagine i'll have to wake up like im going on a duck hunt to catch a spot at a weir lol.

Be out there sunday morning as well for a little while. Just bought my boat last september so this will be my first full spring and summer on the lake. Always fished it with buddy that had a boat. Lot to learn when you're on your own making all the choices.

Appreciate the feedback and I'll be reporting good or bad on monday.
