I had a dip last night and it made me nauseous. You can take the nicotine in the vapes down to 0%. Im at 1.0%..... its almost a science... Its a new hobby. If I lose interest, I normally find something else to do.... Maybe more fishing will be the trick ??

Congrats and keep it up. The 3 days you've quit will turn into monhs then years.

I use to smoke about a pack every 2 days when I was working outside. That was 11 years ago and I still want a cig every now and again.

Congrats Pookie. I quit smoking cigs about a month and a half ago. Like you, I started doing the vape but like someone said that's just a crutch. So about 3 weeks ago, I gave it to one of my buddies. This is longest I've gone without a cig in prob 10 years. Cravings really aren't that bad anymore. My biggest challenge so far is going to be opening day of teal season next weekend!

Default YAHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made up my mind on August 19, my wife's birthday, to grant her birthday wish and STOP smoking. I actually started on the 20th and haven't had a cigarette since. No chewin', no dippin' and no e-cigs. It was tough the first couple weeks, but, has gotten less-tough since. Hopefully, I can keep it goin'.

Default I QUIT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't had a cig since July. Been going pretty well. I don't even really crave them that much. I eat a lot of sunflower seeds and sometimes I will buy those little wood tip swisher sweets and just kind of chew on em when I'm hunting or fishing. Don't light em. They taste terrible.
